Delivery Information

We offer a Next Day UK Mainland delivery service.

If orders are placed between 8.30am – 15:00pm MON – THURSDAY, orders will be dispatched the same day, for delivery next working day*.

Orders placed on Friday,Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day. We will always announce our upcoming holiday closures, all orders placed during the dates will be processed upon our return.

*Next working day – please allow 1 extra day in peak seasons and if weather warnings are placed. A signature will be required. 

If no-one is in, our courier will attempt 3 deliveries or try to deliver to neighbours if requested. If parcel(s) are not able to be delivered after 3 attemps your order will be taken to your local Post Office and the courier will leave a calling card with your next steps. If your parcel(s) is not collected within the stated time frame from the Post Office, your parcel(s) will be returned to us. Please call the office to arrange a re-delivery of goods. 01933 224061. 

If you request via SMS to have your parcel(s) delivered at your local post office, you will receive information when your parcel(s) are ready to collect. You will need to take 2 forms of ID to collect (photo ID being one) & you will need to quote your tracking number. 

In the unlikely event of your parcel(s) not arriving or not being located at your local Post Office, please infrom a member of our team straight away. We will then raise an investigation in to the courier to locate your parcel(s). This process can take upto a week to reslove. Refunds and replacements will not be sent until we have a reply confirming the status of your parcel(s). Email updates from a member of our team will be sent to the email address provided on your order. 

Any order discrepancies should be notified to a member of the team within 3 working days of date of delivery. 

 NI customers please allow 2 working day.

In some instances, goods that we have marked as next day will possibly be delivered within 48 hours. This is due to the extremely high volumes of goods being shipped by businesses through the UKs courier networks.
